1. THE "JEDEMENAGE.COM" WEBSITE

The use of the “JEDEMENAGE.COM” website (the “Website”) is governed by this charter (the "Charter").

By using the Website, the Internet user acknowledges that it has reviewed the Charter and has understood and accepted its terms.

Each Website user acknowledges having the necessary ability, understanding and means to access the Website, to use it and to understand its operation.

2. OWNERSHIP, HOSTING

The Website is owned by The Best Match (Europe) Limited, which has its registered office at Kildare House, 3, Dorset Rise in London, the United Kingdom, and is registered with Companies House for England and Wales under no. 06218140. It is developed and hosted by The Best Match (Europe) Limited.

The Website content, including graphics, images, text, logos, icons, etc., as well as their formatting, are the exclusive property of The Best Match (Europe) Limited, except for content that is owned by third companies. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, retransmission or publication of these various elements is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of The Best Match (Europe) Limited or any relevant third company.

The “Jedemenage.com” and “The Best Match” trade names are registered trade marks.

3. REGISTRATION When accessing the Website for the first time, the Internet user must create an account and thus becomes a member. The user may unsubscribe at any time.

4. PERSONAL DATA

4.1. The Best Match (Europe) Limited collects personal data (other than sensitive data and data relating to minors) provided by Internet users, which is then subject to automated processing. In particular, this concerns personal data provided during any connection to the Website, when sending messages or forms to the Website, subscribing to the newsletter, responding to specific questions or consulting the “My account” heading.

4.2. Data collected is used to allow The Best Match (Europe) Limited and its partners, customers, sponsors and others (the “Business Partners”) to send Internet users relevant information and offers (“Information and Offers”) on products and/or services that they market (“Products and Services”). 4.3. Each form on the Website includes both required and optional fields, allowing The Best Match (Europe) Limited to better know its Internet users. Failure to respond to a required field makes it impossible for The Best Match (Europe) Limited to process the Internet user’s request.

4.4. Through the Website, The Best Match (Europe) Limited acts solely as an intermediary between Internet users and Business Partners. Accordingly, The Best Match (Europe) Limited (a) offers no advice to guide the Internet user’s choices and makes no guarantee regarding the complete and relevant nature of the Information and Offers or the quality of Products and Services and, therefore,(b) the Internet user must carefully examine the general and special terms and conditions of contractual offers received from the Business Partners before entering into any commitments. The Internet user is solely responsible for assessing his/her potential needs, evaluating whether the Information and Offers meet such needs, evaluating the quality of Products and Services and, if applicable, entering into any contract.

4.5. Personal data provided is retained as-is for a period not to exceed two years by The Best Match (Europe) Limited, which will endeavour to keep such data up-to-date.

4.6. Regardless of the method used to collect personal data, the Internet user has the right to access, modify, correct and delete data concerning him/her. To exercise this right, Internet users must send an e-mail to unsubscribe@jedemenage.com.
Moreover, they may unsubscribe through the “unsubscribe” link that appears on the Website, under the “My Account” heading and on messages sent by The Best Match (Europe) Limited. Unsubscribing places the details of the account visited into a termination file and stops new e-mails from being sent.
The Website, the “My Account” heading and messages sent by The Best Match (Europe) Limited contain the information required to unsubscribe at the bottom of the page.

5. TRACKING TOOLS

5.1. A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on the hard drive of the Internet user’s computer to record information that the Internet user provides about himself/herself.
The Best Match (Europe) Limited uses cookies when the Internet user connects to the Website and stores the user’s unique identifier and the time at which the connection was made on an encrypted cookie on the hard drive. Clear Gifs consists of small graphics with a unique identifier, whose function is similar to that of cookies, and which are used to monitor Internet users’ navigation through the Website. Unlike cookies, which are stored on the hard drive of the Internet user’s computer, Clear Gifs are invisibly embedded in the website pages. Their size is the same as the period at the end of this sentence.
Certain Business Partners use cookies on the Website. The Best Match (Europe) Limited has no access to or control over these cookies. The Charter covers only the use of cookies by the Website, not their use by third parties.

6. AVAILABILITY

6.1. The Best Match (Europe) Limited endeavours to maintain access to the Website. However, it may be temporarily or permanently interrupted, especially at the time of updates or maintenance. The Best Match (Europe) Limited accepts no liability and shall not be obliged to pay any compensation if the Website becomes temporarily or permanently unavailable.

All uses of the Website shall be deemed to have taken place in Great Britain.
